A unique place - The friendliness of Louise & Don, the under floor heating & quality fittings of the School House. It felt like we were staying somewhere unique & special in a beautiful location.

Tranquil, sophisticated stay. The location was perfect - very peaceful. All we could hear was the wind in the trees & the birds in the morning. the School House is very cosy & private with heated floor & open fire place, all set up & ready to light when we arrived. The continental breakfast was everything we needed.

Absolutely lovely -We liked Everything!! ' If you want a secluded country getaway with a first class feel, this is your spot. No phone or internet reception....Yay!!! Just the sound of the babbling Allyn River & the birds & breeze in the trees. Heavan.

Absolutely perfect. Don & Louise were perfect hosts, thank you so much for such an amazing place to stay. The School House was perfect for a weekend getaway & we wish that we could have stayed longer. All the facilities were perfect. Lovely open fire place. One of a kind bath that was great & comfortable to just relax in. Then the twin showers were magic. The room was always warm with underfloor heating & air conditioning as well & the bed was super comfortable. Beautiful kitchen to be able to cook in. Just base yourself around this amazing place. The property is stunning with awesome views on the edge of the river with a nice little church next door. we will definitely be back. An absolutely perfect stay & a huge thank you to our hiosts for providing such an amazing place.

Easter weekend. 2019

Serendipity is a great location for peace & quiet & getting away from the mobile phone & facebook. The School House Room is fantastic. Can't wait to come back in the winter as the room has a fantastic open fire place. The room was clean & modern with a nice big TV. The property is dog friendly so next time i'll be taking my dog & exploring the nearby towns & countryside. My hosts were friendly, welcoming & there if needed but are not interfering. I will definitely be telling my friends& family. Can't wait to go again.

Serendipity is a beautiful place to stay. Quiet & relaxing amongst a surreal environment. Next time we return to NSW, we will make sure that Serendipity is on our list. The location is beautiful, the presentation & facilities are all you could ask for & our hosts were fabulous.

I spent a glorious weekend at Serendipity.  The name says it all .... with lovely classy rooms and great bathrooms. Wonderful surrounds added to the appeal of a superb relaxed weekend.  The hosts are most welcoming.

We recently spent two nights staying at Serendipity on Allyn in their River suite. What a find this place is. Situated above a wonderful stretch of river, the highlight was seeing a platypus swimming in the shallows. Our room was cosy with a slow combustion fire and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable chairs on the north facing verandah invite peaceful views over the hills across the river.  Our hosts were friendly but unobtrusive and very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit nearby. We will definitely return to enjoy another relaxing weekend away.

What a fabulous weekend away! We had 2 nights of complete bliss in the gorgeous ‘River Wing’. The cottage itself is just what you want for a rustic, yet luxurious weekend away- fully equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with double shower, working fireplace and even a hot tub! We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the sunny verandah taking in the gorgeous gardens and breathtaking scenery. An easy drive from Sydney, this is the perfect place to come to disconnect from work and city stress, and reconnect with your loved ones. I can’t wait to return!
